SMS Terms & Opt-In
Effective: June 2025
This page describes the SMS / text-message notification program offered by
National Trucking Services, LLC (“NTS”). By checking the “I agree to
receive SMS updates” box during onboarding, you expressly consent to the
terms below.
1. About the program
NTS sends short text messages from a U.S. long-code or short-code number to
keep you informed about your filings. Typical messages include:

Filing status updates (e.g., “USDOT 4127812 issued”)
•
Document or signature requests
•
Appointment or call-back reminders
•
Replies to questions you sent us
We do not send marketing or promotional SMS unless you separately opt in.
2. Message frequency
Frequency varies based on the activity in your filing. A typical customer
receives 1 to 6 messages per week during the active filing period and
fewer (or none) once their authority is granted.
3. Message and data rates may apply
Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each
message sent or received. NTS does not charge for the messages themselves.
4. How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any
message we send. After replying STOP, you will receive one final
confirmation that you have been unsubscribed; no further messages will be
sent unless you opt back in.
You may also opt out by un-checking the SMS box on your business-details
page or by emailing admin@nationaltruckingservice.com.
5. How to get help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any message and you will receive a short response with
contact information and instructions. You can also contact us directly at
admin@nationaltruckingservice.com.
6. Carriers supported
The program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T,
Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Boost, and
most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or
undelivered messages.
7. Consent is not a condition of purchase
Agreeing to receive SMS is optional and is not required to use
NTS’ filing services. You can purchase any service, sign your Client
Service Agreement, and complete a filing without ever opting in to SMS.
8. Authorized user
By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or the authorized
user of the mobile number you provided and that you have the authority to
receive messages at that number.
9. Privacy
We will not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your mobile number
or message content to third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS is
delivered through a U.S.-based messaging provider operating under a
data-protection agreement with NTS. For full details on how we handle

10. Changes to this program
We may update or discontinue the SMS program at any time. Material
changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 7 days before they
take effect. If we materially change the categories of messages you
receive, we will request renewed consent.
